Tf8 refund policy
The short version
TheFloor8 doesn't refund an evaluation once your login details have been emailed to you - all sales are final at that point. But if you pass the evaluation and reach your fourth profit split payment, we refund your original evaluation fee in full. The full detail is below, and the binding terms are in our Trader Agreement. Can I get a refund after I buy an evaluation?
No. Once a purchase is made and your evaluation credentials have been emailed to you, no refunds are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Do you refund the evaluation fee? (Yes - after your fourth payout)
Yes. After you successfully complete the TheFloor8 Evaluation and enter into a written agreement with us for the proprietary trading phase, we refund the full evaluation fee you originally paid on our website - paid out on your fourth successful profit split payment.
To be clear about the timing: the evaluation fee is not refunded until you have reached your fourth profit split. You can see how profit splits and payouts work on our Payouts page, and how the evaluation itself works on our Evaluation page.
Do I have to accept this policy?
Yes - it's part of your contract with us. It's your responsibility to read and understand this Refund Policy. Together with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, it's incorporated into your contract for the purchase of any TheFloor8 Evaluation.
By placing an order for any TheFloor8 Evaluation, you confirm you've read this Refund Policy and that you agree with and fully accept its terms. What happens if I file a chargeback?
If something has gone wrong with a payment, talk to us first - most issues are faster to resolve directly than through a dispute, and we'd rather fix it. Here's our policy, and what happens if a chargeback is filed without contacting us.
You agree not to make any chargeback claim on any payment made to TF8 - whether by credit card or any other payment channel - without first contacting TF8 and giving us full details of the intended claim.
If you do file a chargeback claim, TF8 is entitled to:
- suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts you hold, and suspend any profit split payments from those accounts;
- recover from you any amounts TF8 has paid you in respect of those accounts, including any and all profit split payments; and
- recover from you all costs TF8 incurs in defending the claim - whether or not the claim succeeds - including all legal fees.
Will this policy ever change?
We may update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any change takes effect immediately when it's posted here. By purchasing from TheFloor8, you agree to the current version of this policy. If you have questions about a change, contact our support team at contact@thefloor8.com.
